So the famous Body Worlds exhibit has come to Denver and a friend and I are debating about whether to go see it or not. It's a little pricey. But, mainly, I just can't say I have a burning desire to see dead bodies of adults, kids, fetuses, and animals in various states of disassembly and...well...disrespect. I'm not religious, superstitious, or even squeamish...I just don't get off on the morbid, taboo, or shock-value aspects of the exhibit. However, if there's a genuine chance for scientific exploration and education to be involved, I'd be more inclined to give it a shot.

Anyone experienced this?

the whole idea is a little uncomfortable since it brings everyone face to face wid their own mortality....
If u ask me, the whole thing is quite interesting, like you, im not into morbidity, superstition and all, but i feel this exhibit gives people a chance to see & learn things things about their own bodies they might not otherwise know of... If i wre you, i would definitely go

I've been dying to see this (perhaps the wrong use of words there). I reckon you should go and tell us all about how queezy you feel afterwards.
