Ok maybe I jumped the gun really quick, sorry, but you have to admit these types of things and black hatters really give people in our industry a bad name and it upsets me.

I read your response and while I agree that the AG may not understand the way search engines work, that still doesn't explain the 90 complaints your company has had. 90 unsatisfied customers? How many of these are actually from your competitors? One unsatisfied customer is bad enough, that says a lot about your customer service and your ability to properly address...

I read your response and while I agree that the AG may not understand the way search engines work, that still doesn't explain the 90 complaints your company has had. 90 unsatisfied customers? How many of these are actually from your competitors? One unsatisfied customer is bad enough, that says a lot about your customer service and your ability to properly address your clients when they are worried. Your job isn't just to get them to rank, its actually driving traffic to their sites and if you are and they are not converting then you need to find out what the problem is, that's the way I do things anyway.
