Many others take on Israel for its hourly injustices against the Palestinians. My preference is to attack this ideal notion of the Americans held so dearly about Israel. Fortunately the one thing that Israel does have is a free press at home. This is in stark contrast to in America where a totally uniform unrepresentative view of Israel is presented to Americans by a series of Zionist publications in the US.

I virtually only use Jewish newspapers as sources for my clips. Believe me there's enough there without going to the Arab press. In my effort to have some justice for the Palestinians, I refuse to fight with my arms tied behind my back. Advocating that I lay off attacking Israeli society is to me play directly into the Zionists hands. I'd gladly expand on this if I'm not understood.

Israel has decided officially to boycott the Qatari-based al-Jazeera news station, because of what it perceives as biased coverage, a government official said Wednesday.

"The Foreign Ministry has held discussions on the matter, and decided to embargo the station," Deputy Foreign Minister Majali Wahabe told Army Radio, adding: "These reports are untrustworthy and they hurt us, and they arouse people to terrorist activities."

The boycott will include a general refusal by Israeli officials to be interviewed by the station, and a ban on Al-Jazeera correspondents from entering government offices in Jerusalem.

Well that will be no harm as invariably it is lies and deceptions that that spout, IMO.

According to Israeli officials, the station is heavily biased in favour of the Islamic Hamas movement, which administers the Gaza Strip. The officials also accuse al-Jazeera of staging a candlelight protest that that followed an Israeli government decision last month to reduce electric and gas supplies to the salient in response to continued Palestinian rocket attacks on southern Israel.

So candlelight protests are terrorist acts now. Maybe they should check with the UN as to who is the war crime/terror state!
