I saw this program the other night...glad it will air again today...very interesting

I wish I had known about this.......Just missed most of it today..........and had no idea it was on during the week.

Maybe some of the people who make fun of me, or refuse to discuss this "VOODOO" opinion of mine for the last three years ...wake up, and join with the rest of us to stop using us as guinea pigs, make the government accountable.........and tell the truth for once.!!!! For skeptics, here was legislation introduced in Congress in 2005 here, where they are beginning to make legal cover for what is already being done:

S. 517: Weather Modification Research and Development Policy Authorization Act

SEC. 2. PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this Act to develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather modification research policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of weather modification research and development.

This technology can be traced back to the 1940's and was operational for testing by the 50's.

Alledgedly they are able to make or break a hurricane/typhoon with a mere 8 planes.

Rep. Kucinich's HR 2977 Bill dafted by disclosure project guys discloses the existence of:

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
