I've added more fibre to my diet and made a habit of having a fruit first thing in the morning. If you need a quick-fix however, try this:</DIV>
1 cup of high-fibre
2 teaspoons of olive oil<BR /><DIV>
2 teaspoons of powdered milk</DIV>

It doesn't taste great, but if you add a mashed banana or other juicy fruit to it, it's not that bad. You can also have it with some yoghurt. </DIV>
