It is able to change the hardness of the fur on its frill, and by covering its body with the frill when danger approaches, it can be used as an "Armor" to protect its body. As its curiosity is extremely vigorous, it has a habit of responding to anything that moves, but because it also responds to its own tail, it chases after it, and is often observed spinning in place.<SUP class="reference" id="cite_ref-1"><A title="" href="#cite_note-1">[2]</A></SUP>
