What a sweet picture. Very rare to see two adult cats together with a litter of kittens.

Especially if they are male and female. The females tend to push the males away and the males rarely have an interest in raising the litter.

Years ago we had a mother cat and her kitten. They both had a litter of three kittens. They were so funny to watch, they would steal each others kittens. The old mother would take the other three. Then when she was gone the other mom would take her kittens back and then take the other three. This kept on until we came home from school one day and all the kittens were gone.
