social situation is. Look at any child in any different culture, how a
child learns information now. We can see that the brain is highly
programmed, in a sense, to subserve the knowledge we're teaching.
Aspects of that vary across cultures. The information we gather from
various sciences: can we take it out of individual child and
development, and think about it in terms of evolution across the brain
