The heaviest weight I lift every day is my computer mouse and, together with Clipmarks, I have experienced:

Improved concentration and focus.
Sleep like a baby
Wake up early
Energy
Happiness
Mental toughness
Great habit use.

Lifting a mouse's weight every day comes highly recommended.

Geez Alanocu,
I can't admit to wanting any testosterone (I'm happy with estrogen) but I've weight trained for years and have tendonitis and a partially torn rotor cuff to prove it.
But, in my glory days, it gave me the body of a dancer and that alone was worth it

@jstates1 - geez, I hope not! Otherwise I'll be straddling chairs and crushing beer cans on my forehead.

hey this clip is for the dudes! (I'm just kidding)

@debbyski - stick with the estrogen; I've seen a couple females at the gym doing the opposite, and it's not pretty!

@michellezm - you know you're right, the Clipmark's experience is similar, without the sore muscles!

he, he,
Alanocu, those gals are taking steroids hon. In all seriousness, weight training is really beneficial for women. The most you can get (at least in my case) is really buff and it's quite attractive. Plus stronger bones which is a plus

There's definitely some steroid abuse; I've been working out at the gym for about 12 years and I've seen it all; the good and the bad, the scary, the fit and the fabulous...
