I live in southwest China where'd be warm for the most of the year and nearly no snow--any snow would be on the first page of local newspaper!!

What happened to this city? There must have been some sort of ice storm.

I just came back from Phildelphia\South Jersey area.....was there during the "St Valentines Day Blizzard", just a few days ago. The storm that had all the Jet Blue planes frozen to the tarmac, and passengers spending up to 10 hours in the plane. These pictures look familiar

Ah! Cold, if it could be like that in Cambodia...

Same thing happened here in Estonia a while ago as well.

There was just a big storm, very windy. All the waves washed against the wall next to the road and splashed all over the trees, benches and so on.

It was also around -20 C or more. Mixing those two circumstances together we got the same result as above.

I love these pictures, it's so mystical. Awesome find.
