Schreibe, I had not heard of this story previously. Thank you for this clip. How ridiculous. A 17-year-old kid gets a blow job from a willing 15-year-old kid, and the guy winds up in jail for ten years. I believe in protecting our children, and I despise those adults who exploit minors, but let's have some reality injected into the situation. Both of these young people are essentially kids who willingly engaged in a sexual encounter. It is none of the state's business, and this young man should be freed from jail immediately.

It's difficult to understand the insanity of this kind of thinking. No one willing to step up to the plate and fix this nonsense. Same on Georgia. Better than shame on them, someone should answer for this, and spend a few dark days in the hoosegale themselves. It's time for a little accountability, and a little payback.

I think eg made a very good point in the podcast. There needs to be some sort of separation in age/years written into the law. This is just another example of the incredible lack of common sense applied in US courts. This is problem in every state. I would have thought Georgia would be a hold-out for common sense. Very strange. Good clip and good podcasr review !
