Foxman is afraid that Obama has been viewing the issue with unbiased eyes; something that the American Government hasn't done in 40 years. He sees the Apartheid behaviour of Israel against the Palestinians, and how they have presented the former residents of Palestine with no feasible options other than violence or death.

With a government that doesn't bend over backwards for Israel, there's no reason why Arabs can't develop a good, amicable relationship with the United States.
