But the kerfuffle has nothing to do with the inflammatory topic or one of its featured speakers, Berkeley law professor John Yoo, who wrote the controversial Justice Department memorandum on torture. Instead, it involves a derogatory word about blacks posted online in 2002 by Kiwi Camara, one of the symposium speakers, when he was a law student at Harvard.
