But I love sleeping. Not because I need a whole pile of sleep, but because sleeping is such an important part of one's life! I won't be needing any of the above, I think!

And I agree with Guillaume. Yes, all we need is a whole generation of people effectively suffering from induced-sleep deprivation.,

dreams are beautiful?????? how about being alive is beautiful? traveling? seeing things? sharing things? experiencing things... learning... reading... the list is endless--- i get about 4-5 hours now and if i could get away with 3 I'd be a huge fan!

Judgment, impulse control, attention and visual association are all impaired when sleep deprivation occurs.
* Go to sleep at the same time every night.
* Exercise regularly, and at least three hours before bed.
* Avoid caffeine late in the day.
* If you have trouble falling asleep after 15 minutes, get up and read or watch TV until you feel sleepy.
This state is dangerous as it gives rise
to stress and irritation which tends to weaken the immune system. Also, a tired body is directly proportional to a dull mind and lack of concentration.

what i had written but then screwed up is the following:

My favorite thing is a nap. I've crashed so hard on the couch in our office a bunch of times. Just 30 minutes is all i need, but man i can get into a deep sleep quickly. And at night, if i end up falling asleep on the couch, good luck getting me to get up and go to bed...very little chance!
