You are right, of course, DD, but I can just imagine trying to find worthwhile employment with a do like those.

I once had purple hair for a couple of months (due to an accident at the salon, back when I thought I would color my whitening hair to "look younger"--hah!) and found that I really enjoyed the attention having purple hair brought me. So I can identify a bit with people who deliberately manipulate their hair to express themselves. The more extreme the look, the more guts it takes to wear the 'do.

-some 'semi'- famous people with no previous hair cutting skills are being let loose on the (stupid) public - maybe these pictures are the results!

Back in the 80's I had a, shall we say, "interesting" do, I was living in NY and tourists would pay my friends and I to take our pictures, like $20 a pop and up, it was easy $! Ahhh, those were the days! Love the clip!

Yeah, the 80s were fun. I dyed a green streak all the way thorough my hair in the early 80s. My debate coach absolutely threw a fit.

I actually grew up when Mohawks, like that one, were THE thing. Lol.
