			<P>Truly breathtaking that large segments of the public have such an accurate understanding of the extent to which the group surrounding finance has evolved into an American ruling elite employing consumer finance as little better than a tool of enslavement.</p> <P>And the understanding seems to extend to the fact that the Congress operates in such a manner that this group is always protected, even to the extent of the theft of the wealth of the taxpayer.</p> <P>This is why Paulson is able to resist the use of total protection of public monies through equity. Such a program would prevent the flow of wealth from the many to the few, and that flow is the essential component of every contruct presented.</p> <P>It is the few who are represented in Congress, not the many, and the Paulson plan will (without proper equity provisions) be forced through, the Monday vote notwithstanding.</p> <P></p> <P>
