-treat with B6 (pyrodoxine)
-INH (isoniazid) produces toxic effect by competing with pyridoxal phosphate
-this lowers GABA levels causing seizures
-pyridoxine acts as a specific antidote by replenishing some of the GABA levels in the brain which prevents seizures
