Why are the Republicans so silent on this issue?

Until we the people realize it is "us" conservative & liberal, hard working, struggling, tax payers against "them" ALL of the government, this descent into hell will continue. Sad we can't focus on the big picture--the fact the government is now large enough to ruin us.
