Oh this is so true, when you started talking about the money the first person that came to my mind was Dick Cheney, and Halliburton.
Also not to mention he moved the headquarters of Halliburton to Dubai.
Now if a person has something to hide, then you just move everything to Dubai, this way you have to worry about being investigated by anyone.
