I think someone is padding the books, just the way the hospital pads the bill for the uninsured (you do realize they pay 3 times more than an insurance company for the same service).

Not now, as we have a hidden national problem brewing, the problem that joblessness and foreclosures create homelessness (who'd thunk it) and it is silently spreading in waves and has to be addressed. What would work best would be jobs--so it isn't going to happen anytime soon.

So, these units they are building sound great, my fear is that they will turn into every other public housing project--dilapidated/destroyed buildings with drug dealers and hookers on every floor.
