$19 Billion dollars???? This is just stupid, get some people into the proper positions that will THINK about some of this before it gets out of hand. Meaning, 19 billion is a little to generous to force that don't show up for work, one never knows if they are working for the good guys or bad. Uniforms have been taken along with weapons and nothing is done to prevent this?
