I'm going to do the same but with my right hand, because I'm a lefty As a vegetarian, I have no plans for eating "oily fish" for sure. And I couldn't understand "taking shower with eyes closed". Anybody taking shower with eyes open, while the shampoo is flowing down to the eyes and face?

Invictus - get Johnson & Johnson's Baby shampoo - it allows you to shower with your eyes open as it "is no more tears"

Yeah Right, I forgot those baby shampoos existed Damn, I've been taking shower with some colorful chemicals like tear gas for forty years! Maybe the shampoo producers want us to be cleverer by forcing us to take shower with eyes closed Except Johnson & Johnson of course. They want our children to be dumber. Right, we've caught another conspiracy!

Now, Countdown I could play but Sudoku really bores me. Might be worth it though!

I cycle to work already and I eat a lot of fish (although not only fish).

I always memorise my shopping list, but I am not having a shower with my eyes closed - I'd only fall asleep!

Oily fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna, etc.) has the best ratio of omega-3 monounsaturated fats, which is why they're so highly touted, especially for deficient American diets. You can also increase your intake of omega-3 fatty acids through veggie sources like avocados, flax, sunflower, safflower, and sesame seeds or oils. Some nuts like almonds, walnuts, and peanuts have a bit of omega-3 in them as well. Contrary to popular belief, olive oil is not a very good source in omega-3s, but at least it's fat content is more of the monounsaturated type, so that's good. However, if you cook/stir fry with olive oil, you are destroying most of it's (heat sensitive) beneficial qualities. The hea...

Actually, here's a tip I learned for any fellow athletes who are trying to hone their sense of balance for their sport(s) of choice. Take your morning showers standing on one leg as much as possible. Good balance comes through practice and the shower routine is an excellent time to get in some good "muscle memory" practice time. If you close your eyes at the same time, it increases your sense of personal sensorimotor awareness that much more. Really!

(Do y'all think I'm weird, yet? )

Disclaimer: kore7 does not accept resonsibility for any injuries sustained while trying to shower on one leg

I just got walnuts in my salad for the first time and was thinking about how much I like them. Little did I know they'd make me cleverer.

Hold the presses! Forget everything we've learned about proper human nutrition. Fresh off the science news wire: Perfecting the pork chop: researchers add beneficial omega-3 fatty acids to pigs I hope you and your franken-pig-eating ilk are happy with what you've created!

P.S. Walnuts rock in salads! Add some currants, too. Mmm...

Will I be cleverer and have better balance if I shower on one foot with my eyes closed?

Flaxseed is a great source. It's what I use.

I'm in need of intelligence now, so, you think if I go one further and brush my teeth with my left foot I'll reduce the time by half?

If you pull that off michelle, I want to see photos!

I just learned something. Cleverer is an exception to the two syllable rule for comparative adjectives. I always thought it was 'more clever'. See? I'm cleverer already!

It's been awhile. Did anyone fall down and hurt themselves showering on one leg?
