Wait a minute.....I recall a case of a female teacher in love with a student, where she went to jail, was released and violated parole by continuing to see him. Sounds like discrimination to me. She should have married him first. It's not illegal if you're married. kkcapricorn, if you're thinking of Mary Kay, the student was 12 when they began the relationship, and 14 when she violated parole. Both times he was underage. 16 is usually the age of consent. A fine line legally. In New Hampshire, it's possible for a 12-year old girl or a 13-year-old boy to marry. They'd need parental permission and dispensation from a judge, though. That means it's possible to have a racy picture of your wife and get busted for kiddie porn! |
