I'm still looking for a patch/fix to remedy this IE7 issue. I've tried all suggested solutions in this and similar articles but none worked. Disabling the pop-up blocker and phishing feature produce no change and the pop-up blocker still appears. If you've come across the same issue and found a solution, please feel free to post your comment on our blog. Happy hunting!
