Across Osoyoos Lake which straddles the Canadian and American border on the Canadian side is a mountain called Anarchist Mountain. When I lived in Osoyoos years ago the weirdest thing happened. I was taking my little spaniel for a walk and there were potatoes all over the road. The closer you got to the lake the more potatoes there were. Found out that the night before a truck loaded with potatoes over turned on the road and dumped its load which then rolled down the mountain and hit almost every street in town. Potato anarchy rules!

It's a shame that anarchism doesn't work in the real world. People are unfit to be "sovereign individuals", and those with even an illusion of greater power will take advantage of it. There's a reason why Anarchy is a negative term; it's bad news

Well, when you set up everyone as a "sovereign person", then all you get is a community full of pocket dictators.

Sorry, but that's what history has proven. Anarchy is a nice idea on paper, but once you introduce human beings to the equation, it all goes to hell.

Anarchy (and communism) both work in small groups, and in small groups only.
