There`s a guy with a station wagon all gussied up like this. He parades up and down Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee spouting scripture through a roof-mounted PA system. Occasionally, he parks on a street corner for an impromptu sermon. Most people consider him a harmless crank and the cops don`t bother him.
