I swore this was an ancestor of Big Foot when I first looked at it. You have to study the face because it's the nose shot that is deceiving to the eye.

Still looks like Big Foot though. LOL

haha, it does look like that famous big foot photo.

It is extremely hard to breed giant pandas in captivity. Females only ovulate once a year, with a slim 24- to 48-hour window for breeding when artificial reproduction methods are usually adopted. Infant mortality is also high.

No wonder it's so hard! Boy, can you imagine screwing up the test and missing the window? FIRED.

to the heaviest cub born in captivity after the longest period
