Now that sounds like a good law. If that law had been in effect 20 years ago, the Shrub could never have grabbed the land to build the Ballpark in Arlington and US politics would have been quite different in the time since. I think it forces corporations to think ahead, instead of steal under the law. That is a good thing. Yea for Texas!
