I don't see the correlation. Old Butch was getting the job done he was expected to do and when the public, er.. pullets, worked to disrupt Old Butch's duties he found a work around so that he could still accomplish his job.

As usual, the public... er pullets, were being self centered and were to dim to recognize that if they didn't produce the eggs they were expected to produce then they would become McNuggets. Old Butch wasn't screwing anyone (figuratively) but saving their collective chicken asses.
