Think again.</STRONG> With <A href="http://travelingmamas.com/2008/08/03/us-airways-now-charges-200-for-water/">US Airways now charging for water,</A> and Jet Blue charging for in-flight blankets and pillows, the nickel-and-diming of air travel passengers has hit a new low.
