Actually I don't mind what they did (though I do not agree on this issue with the naysayers), as this is common in Parliament. I just popped this for the forgetful who now accuse calling out against Obama (as if they must since like lame, compliant ducks, in the Houses of the people.

Congress are not to be puppets, gagged and tied during Presidential addresses. (This was not a state of the Union speech, but an issue and legislative address).
