the idea of an athlete 'craving' chocolate milk after while sweating is gross to me! Gatorade all the way! OMG... chocolate (or any milk) after working out? YUK! :| I've definitely experienced the Gatorade effect -- it really can rehydrate you quickly if you've been going hard at something. That said, even though it does sound gross... I'd give anything to have more excuses to drink Milo |
