Well, it appears that Obama has made up his mind. The concerts take place this weekend, and McClurkin remains on the program. Obama has made his choice; that he will not choose, and let the homophobe appear while at the same time, offering time to a pro-gay minister. Seems to me if Obama cannot make the correct moral decision for fear of upsetting bigots, than he certainly is in no position to make decisions about other issues as well. This from a man who has faced discrimination his entire life. A different kind of politician? I fear not.
