I hope it turns out ok for you guys......congrats. Congratulations to all you charming Yanks - first step on the road to change, peace 'n' chips, all round Thank you!!! The first battle is well won; America rejected the hateful image of John McCain and his dead albatross, Sarah Palin. Oh, that's going to be so nice; in six months, when people ask about Sarah Palin, they'll be saying, "Sarah Who?" Now the hard work begins. The Democratic gains in congress and the senate will help, but the greedy, grasping Republicans will still be fighting tooth-and-nail to stop the very necessary changes that need to be done. Unfortunately, it's very likely that President Obama will end up being remembered with some significant amount of ire, because he's going to have to do some very painful things to bring back fairness, liberty, justice and respect to America. It's goi... President ObamaI am SO relieved. So relieved. Congratulations, America, and congratulations to the rest of the *Bush-whacked* world too. All the left over campaign money should go to the nation's food banks! Where will it go? Good question, I don't really know. The legality of it is well...dubious. |
