This is going to lead to a more concise definition of pornography as opposed to 'risque' photography.

Is it right to label a thirteen year old a kiddie pornographer based on a photograph in which no sex act is involved?

Would you care more if your own child was involved?

Why would children that age want to do something like that in the first place? Are they not being taught basic self-respect in school or at home?

tanyamm, you hit on a very basic problem within American families. Too many children are not taught self-respect or honor.

We in America seem to be on auto-pilot when it comes to child rearing. We don't face issues until they are brought up, sometimes after it too late to prevent damage. We assume our children will never do drugs simply because we don't, or they won't have sex at an early age because we didn't.

As parents we need to formulate long-range plans deciding before an issue becomes a crisis -management situation. We all know drugs and sex will become an issue at some point so why not discuss these problems before hand?
