Brown is showing greater courage than Obama. The US would have insisted it be behind closed doors for the same tired reasons.
Even if we don't learn the truth, it causes embarrassment. There should be one here, though I know it would achieve nothing. The Labour leader was holding his hand when Howard passed on the lies.
