I would say that bodybuilding supplements only assist in muscle development by about 10%. I personally believe in hard work in the gym, a good nights sleep, and healthy eating. The only supplements I take are multi-vitamins and whey protein supplements, but that's not to say there aren't plenty of supplements that will assist in muscle development.
