have yet to read to document.

Why not go by existing GNU License ?

I have "personally" "ALWAYS" liked apache license, which gives me complete freedom to do what I wanna to do .
Sun in effect should move in for Creative Common License kinda things rather talking this crap.

Although there are more than 50 open-source licenses currently approved by the OSI, Sun said in the proposed license's executive summary that none of them was acceptable.
