There's no reason to assume that all the people using pesos at Pizza Patron are in the U.S. illegally. Listen folks, it's a private business they can accept whatever form of payment they want. It's American snobbery to say you have to pay in greenbacks (which aren't even green anymore.) When I was in Portugal I paid for items with Portuguese, Spanish and American money. No big deal. |
