Amnesty International zahlreiche Berichte über die unverhältnismäßige
Anwendung von Gewalt und der unverhältnismäßiger Einsatz von
Schusswaffen, Folter und Misshandlung, willkürliche Verhaftungen und
die Verweigerung von anwaltlicher Unterstützung. Beschwerden über
solche Verstöße gab es selbst von Kindern.

untersucht.
