I am very active in my local Community with the "Spay and Neuter" program. Unfortunately, human parents do not practice this. I have a young friend who is 17, a Senior in HS, and she just proudly announced that she is pregnant. It makes me sick to think of how this bright young person just threw away her life - and worse, is bringing a new human person into this world - for no real reason.

She said, "We just went out and bought all the 'stuff'' for the baby". I told her it's not like going to Pet Smart! Her family is wrapping her in this false bubble of happiness that I just do not subscribe to!

What part of "they sell condoms at WalMart" do these people NOT understand??? There is simply no excuse anymore for "accidental pregnancies". When I was young birth control was NOT something you could run out and get at the drug store. There was no "only once every 3 months shot" you could get to prevent "stray humans". As for the young men - you are just nasty and foolish- use condoms

There are definitely people who should never be parents. Thankfully my parents are now to old to have more. They were not good parents.
