Obama directed FEMA to set up emergency clinics in all of the states where he won a majority in the 2008 elections.

Since the initiative began, over 2.5 million citizens have had some sort of Congressional health care procedures completed. Half of which resulted in fatalities. Obama promises to 'get the bugs out' by December just as the Swine Flu epidemic will spread in the US.
