If there’s one thing this White House doesn’t seem worried about, it is that Americans will get tired of seeing President Obama. His talk-show marathon will come after the speech on Wall Street today and a rally in Maryland later this week.

The appearances will come at the end of a week in which the Senate Finance Committee will presumably have proposed its long-awaited version of a health care bill; the White House’s consideration of this idea suggests just how pivotal time this is in the health care negotiations.

It’s also a reminder of just how much Mr. Obama is out there. As of his seven-month in office mark in August, he had done 114 interviews, compared to 37 by former President George W. Bush and 41 by former president Bill Clinton at a similar point in their administrations, according to Martha Joynt Kumar, a political science professor at Towson University in Maryland.

Exactly right, we wouldn't want Fox to mention ACORN! He can't go on FNC, but he wants to talk to ahmadinejad and chavez.

Which means of all the appearances he will make on all these shows, he will reach a total of about 1/5 of the people he would reach if he went on Fox News. He may have to endure some real questions, but this just reveals how much of a liar he really is.

Power, pop, and probings from ABC News Senior White House Correspondent Jake Tapper

"Obviously the conduct you see on those tapes is completely unacceptable," (Obama's sock-puppet) Gibbs said, raising the issue of videotapes posted online by BigGovernment.com and aired frequently by Fox News Channel that seem to show ACORN employees advising a faux prostitute and faux pimp on how to skirt housing and tax laws. "The administration takes accountability extremely seriously."

Gibsy tries to put the genie back in the bottle.
