I don't think that at 16 children will have the right mind to vote

Hi shaor, i agree with you but some people in their 40"s dont have the right mind

I think any one of any age should have to pass a test of sorts to qualify to vote.The way it is now some people shouldn't be allowed near a voting booth. Then again, a lot of politicians shouldn't be allowed to run for any political position either.
