Shrub must have finally started worrying about what the history books will say about his Regime of Terror. He has now decided that torture and intimidation are not acceptable forms of integration after defending torture just last year. I don't think anyone buys that he has had a change of heart. He is doing this to try and help the despicable warmongers and torturers in the Republican Party something to rally behind and they head into the 2008 election cycle. All I can say is Too Little, Too Late to Shrub and his rubber stamps in congress!!!
