Gay or not, HIV-positive or not, this is just reckless and frightening behaviour, I reckon. Syphilis is not a pretty disease! It can't make treating their HIV infection any easier either though, with the added pressure to their immune systems. Scary, that they even dare not protect themselves (and others!)
