Maybe they should start with the neutrals, start with the Swiss .. Yeah, game theory does not have the best track record. It will probably give the military leaders a false sense of security believing that they can predict human behavior to the point that the can anticipate their enemies every possible action/reaction. A bad paradigm to get into if you ask me. |
