The Somalis who want to rid their community of these gangs must come forward or they will grow with their sense of power. Same is true of any gangs.

Poverty is always an easy reason to lay blame but it's basically been a growing sub-culture that has been ALLOWED to flourish by failure to seriously crack down on all thugs.
