Why is there all this negative stuff about being white? This is racism as sure as any other racial criticism.

Nonsense. The point of this piece, and of every discussion of racism, is not that the races are identical or that people ought not to notice race. It's that racial identity works in favor of white people and to the detriment, usually, of people who aren't white. Are you specifically disagreeing with the points made in the post, or are you just generally complaining about anyone who might dare to mention white privilege? Is it your belief that white privilege doesn't exist, or is it your belief that white privilege does exist but is justified?

This piece represents a lower class of white people as the norm and is therefore racist.

Wrong. Racism is about how societal institutions work against an entire race. Pointing out how Whites remain privileged in today's society is just taking responsibility.
