It seems to me that the 4th dimension on up are predicated upon relative motion. That is to say, if nothing is moving then nothing is happening. If nothing is happening, there are no events. If there are no events, there is no time - no 4th dimension. Similarly, if nothing is moving, etc, there is no possibility of probability - no 5th dimension and no possibility of folding through it - no 6th dimension and so on.
